Though relatively light and compact, the A200's design feels clunky. The gray rubber buttons that litter the back of the camera--ten in all--can be hard to press and may overwhelm beginners. Running on two AA alkaline batteries, the camera returned the shortest battery life of all 16 cameras tested in our roundup, recording only 61 shots before running out of juice.
